This request applies to orders that have not yet been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies under certain conditions (see bottom of the page).

14-day right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.
Return conditions specific to food products
As our infusions are food products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
· The product must be unopened.
· The original sealed packaging must be intact.
· The product must be unused.
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
